About Read My Dream

An independent dream dictionary for people who want to understand their dreams, not be told their future.

What we do

Read My Dream explains common dream symbols in three ways: what psychology suggests the image may reflect, how folk tradition has read it, and how spiritual and religious traditions use it. We publish in English, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese, and each language is written for its own readers rather than translated.

How we write

Every page describes possible readings, not certainties. We do not invent studies or statistics, and we present omens and spiritual meanings as traditions people hold, not as facts.

Pages are written and reviewed by the Read My Dream editorial team and updated as we add variations readers search for.

What we are not

Dream interpretation is not therapy or medical advice. If dreams or nightmares are affecting your sleep or wellbeing, a doctor or mental health professional can help.
